Erick came to my rescue on the side of the road. He had me all safely squared away in less than 30 minutes. What a great experience. If I ever have a problem around the area again I for sure will be calling them.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service from DFW Diesel Services! We needed a box truck towed, and the entire experience was outstanding. The dispatcher was very friendly, professional, and made the process easy from the start. Our tow truck driver, Eric, was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Despite traffic, he arrived within about 45 minutes to an hour and got the job done quickly and safely. He took great care of our truck and made what could have been a stressful situation much easier. The best part was the price. DFW Diesel Services charged about half of what other companies quoted us for the same tow. Great customer service, fast response time, and affordable pricing are hard to find these days. A big thank you to Eric and the entire DFW Diesel Services team. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again if needed.

I called DFW Diesel Services for an issue with my truck, they recommended we tow it to their shop so they can work on it there since it was a major repair. Erik got here a lot faster than I expected, literally less than 30 minutes from when I hung up the phone with his dispatcher. He got hooked up in about 10 mins and was rolling right after. Not to mention a great price. No kidding the best wrecker i’ve ever used. Thanks again Erik.

Wow - real men work here and they don’t quit until the job is done. Drew is a super nice young man that made me think I might be too ready to talk smack about the younger generations, so I will speak about him specifically…. Clean cut, professional, hard working, no complaining, ready to work, wants to exceed your expectations and does. I can’t say enough nice things about him and how he didn’t give up on my old truck and took very good care of me and my property. This company does what it says it going to do and no BS or games, very fairly priced . Great doing business with y’all!
